OUSA
All OU students automatically belong to OUSA, the Open University Students Association. This site provides information about their activities and explains how you can use online computer conferences for peer support and to discuss issues relating to particular courses. Please note these are informal student-driven, student-moderated self-help groups and have no tuition status.

Libraries
The OU Library's Access to Higher Education Libraries Database gives details about conditions of entry for OU students to most UK university and many college of higher education libraries. Note that access to some libraries is likely to be difficult for undergraduates during term times. The UK Public Libraries on the Web site provides information about many public libraries, including online catalogues in some cases.

Study Calendar
An online version of the Study Calendar for 2007 is available here for your convenience. To view this you will need to have Adobe Reader software installed on your computer. This is provided on the OU's Online Applications CD-ROM. If you don't already have this you can download it free from Adobe's website.

Television and radio
See the BBC schedules for relevant TV and radio programmes. Channel 4 and Channel five may also broadcast occasional items of interest.
