A Workshop of Stone Sculpture Production in South Etruria
Recently a series of workshops have been discerned producing Etruscan stone sculpture. On the basis of my Ph.D. research on stone sculpture in the round and in high relief from South Etruria in the Orientalizing and Archaic Age - to be defended at the University of Rome "La Sapienza", March-July 2002 - it seems possible to reconsider one of the workshops so far proposed and to try to relate chronologically the various elements with other groups, taking into account new evidence which will be included in the discussion.
