A youth with a shotgun was arrested by WPC Penny Arch late one night in Farnham. When on patrol she heard the sound of breaking glass and saw a youth running away. He turned and threatened to shoot her and then ran off with the officer in pursuit. Joined by PC Dunford they disarmed and arrested the youth.
Although Surrey Constabulary ceased to exist at the end of 1992 in favour of Surrey Police, some events of 1993 have been included as a 'roll-over'.
