The Apprenticeship Programme Delivery Manager will be part of the apprenticeship operations team with the Business Development Unit but positioned within the Open University in Wales at our offices in Cardiff.
The role
The Open University is recruiting an experienced professional to drive growth and support the operational delivery of Degree Apprenticeships in Wales. You will grow business by building strong, dynamic relationships with your accounts, by understanding the people/capability challenges that they have and by positioning the University’s apprenticeship programmes to help overcome them.
In a customer facing role, you will be required to operate independently with senior level client stakeholders within large and complex customer environments. You will be part of a wider team providing business development, administration and operational support to deliver apprenticeships, and working closely with others involved in stakeholder engagement with faculties.
