School of Education, Childhood, Youth and Sport

Have you recently graduated from the Open University, or will do so this year?  Do you want to put your degree to use working for a well-established supportive national institution like the OU? Are you interested in joining an academic department at the OU to shape the future of our social media strategy and external engagement- with students, researchers and others?

The School of Education, Childhood, Youth and Sport is looking to appoint to a one year fixed term graduate placement role to work on our social media strategy.   In particular, work will be related to research impact work via the Research Rich Pedagogies website and for our wider School social media engagement.

You will be an OU Graduate (2015-2018), enthusiastic to work with dynamic academic teams working in the fields of Education, Childhood and Youth and Sport and Fitness. Ideally you will have some experience of Primary education (either through work experience or in a voluntary capacity such as a School Governor) and will be keen to join the School for a year to work closely with academics, wider University contacts and external audiences.

So if you want to make a difference, apply your knowledge and learn valuable work experience skills at the same time, please look at the details attached and apply by the deadline of 29 June 2018.
