Applications are invited for the post of Post-Doctoral Research Associate (PDRA) to work on an ESRC funded research project titled ‘Between protection and exclusion: Separated child migrants’ care relationships and caring practices.’

You should be an experienced researcher with a PhD in political economy of care or a relevant field of expertise such as cultural political economy, feminist political economy, economic inequality or economic sociology. You will play a full role in the design, execution and dissemination of the project. Specifically, the role will involve analysing ‘cultural political economy’ and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, policy and media analysis, semi-structured interviewing with individuals/focus groups.

You will work closely with grant holders Dr. Sarah Crafter (the Open University) and Dr. Rachel Rosen (UCL) and interact with a team of co-investigators, and non-academic stakeholders.
