Are you interested in joining an innovative Centre, working closely with external policing partners across the UK? Do you want to support academics in a varied and pioneering programme of research, learning and knowledge exchange?

The Centre for Policing Research and Learning (CPRL) is a cross faculty initiative that works in close collaboration with 17 UK police organisations across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.  The membership reflects a variety of policing circumstances (size of force, type of communities, urban or rural, geographical spread). The Open University Business School and the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences jointly maintain the Centre.  

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager who will work with the Centre Manager and Director of Police Learning Transformation Programme on a high profile programme of work to transform police learning and development in a national project involving all 43 police forces in England and Wales.

We want to hear from you if you have significant project management experience using a recognised methodology and can demonstrate an ability to successfully deliver outputs to a high quality standard. You will have knowledge and experience in using project management methodology and documentation. You will be experienced in working in a professional context and managing external partnerships. 

Interview date: week commencing 2 April 2018
