We are now recruiting for teaching posts for our remote Practical Engineering Activities which will temporarily replace engineering residential schools in 2021. Students will work on experiments at home and be supported by tutors online, both synchronously and asynchronously, through the Open University’s VLE.
The activities will be held from Saturday 19th June to Friday 30th July 2021 and we are seeking tutors who will be able to teach and support students in one of two roles.
- Activity tutors will be appointed for a specific week to tutor a specific activity over that week.
- Group tutors will be appointed for six consecutive weeks to offer pastoral support for students and tutor the team project.
