Olivier manages the Improving Girls’ Learning Outcomes project in Sierra Leone and the Malawi Access to Teaching Scholarships project in Malawi, both funded by UK aid from the UK Government. These provide opportunities for more young women to become teachers by providing structured study to prepare for the required exams while gaining valuable experience through teaching assistant placements in local schools. Olivier provides management and support across work streams including in-country delivery partners.
From a background in finance management in the UK, Olivier has worked for 17 years managing and delivering business and international development projects across Africa. Olivier is a certified project manager and has led on programmes ranging from culture and business change to logistics, operations and business development.
