Transforming the workplace

Career change and development remain the most important motivation for those studying for an award with The Open University. In 2010/11 70 per cent of our students were in employment – so their employers and the wider economy had immediate benefit from their studies.

The Open University has been meeting employers' skills and training needs so successfully for over 25 years that four out of five FTSE 100 companies have sponsored staff on Open University modules.
