OU members of staff are currently offered Sophos Antivirus for work equipment and a Sophos Remote disk option available for PCs based offsite. In addition, further antivirus software is used to scan incoming email on the enterprise email servers.

Staff connecting to the OU Network with an Exchange mailbox should use the Sophos product. This not only applies to PCs on campus and regional centres but also if access is remote where individuals can take advantage of special licensing arrangements to install Sophos Remote.
