(CALRG had a short hiatus during 2014, except for the conference in June 2014)
1st Thursday – CALRG seminar with mix of internal/external speakers. All seminars are recorded unless the speaker requests otherwise.
2nd Thursday – Reading and discussion group – to include popular news stories, magazine articles as well as more academic publications/journal articles.
3rd Thursday – Building knowledge session – alternating between ‘methods’ sessions presented by members of IET, and student/supervisor sessions where we look at current postgraduate research and how this builds on the work of their supervisors.
4th Thursday – Cake drop – informal gathering of CALRG members with free cake/pastries.
