About this blog

This blog is a reflective diary and invitation for critical comments on the process of developing vocational Open Educational Resources (OERs) with the voluntary sector in South-West England.

I will be making monthly posts about the negotiations, the development of relationships, and the questions and issues that arise.

This blog is resourced by my 12-month part-time Fellowship with the Support Centre for Open Resources in Education. I spend the remainder of my working week as a regional academic for the Open University in the South West, where I manage courses in childhood and youth. Beyond paid work I’m a committee member of an out-of-school centre.

This blog is the personal responsibility of Tony Coughlan. The views expressed here do not necessarily represent the views of the Open University, and the University takes no responsibility for any material on this blog.
