Places to Live

There are lots of places to live in Milton Keynes, some good, others not so good. I was told when I got here that if a housing area had straight lines then you needed to be careful. If the houses are wiggly then you’re probably OK! I think it broadly follows, but there are exceptions. Here are a list of areas close to the OU you may consider moving to, each one has an approximate time/distance to the OU and what the area is like.

If you need short-term accommodation when you arrive to give you a chance to look around and find somewhere to live more permanently then email some current students on the email address below and they’ll be able to help!
