Monkston and Monkston Park are relatively new estates with a variety of housing, very close to the Kingston Shopping Centre. Many of the comments made about Kents Hill and Walnut Tree are true of Monkston. Above all they are very convenient for the OU and for shopping and some sports and entertainment. Prices are about the same as for the other two areas.
