Fishermead/Oldbrook/Springfield/Eaglestone

These estates (Oldbrook, Fishermead, Springfield and Eaglestone) are all about one mile from CMK and roughly three miles from the OU (an easy cycle ride). Each has its own small shopping area with a post office, off-licence and grocers. Housing is either council or privately-owned, mainly family houses with three or more bedrooms, possibly suitable for sharing. Although close to Central Milton Keynes (good for shopping and if you like going out at night), the estates are still very residential and are nice areas to live in. They are also quite near to Woughton Campus (not to be confused with Woughton-on the Green!), which has a leisure and sports centre.
