Geocaching and mobile devices

Unfortunately the Law and Social Sciences building won’t allow me on to its wireless network. This means live blogging has to be produced in a file and pasted into the blog later. So it’s a delayed live blog.
As I know Gill’s talk very well (after all, I was one of her participants), this gives me time to try out new approaches to blogging. This is an example of ‘Live Comic Lifeing’. I took pictures with the Mac’s internal camera, cropped them in iPhoto, messed around with them in Comic Life and then posted a screenshot into my blog. ‘Probably wasn’t worth the effort,’ I hear you say. You may be right – but this was a trial run and it would work better in other circumstances. Perhaps.
