Social Communications is about how we enable and encourage our natural desire to communicate and share knowledge in ways that helps us work more effectively. Increasingly these conversations are not taking place in the spaces we ordain (disgraceful eh?!) so professional communicators need to approach those we wish to engage in the spaces and networks they already feel comfortable in.
