Cross-Cultural Identities Seminar Series, MULTI-CULTURALISM, SECURITY, LAW: MUSLIMS IN THE UK, July 21st, MR11 (Wilson A, Faculty of Arts), 14:00-16:15. This event is co-organized by the Cross-Cultural Identities Research Group in the Faculty of Arts and the ‘Oecumene: Citizenship after orientalism’ Project in the Faculty of the Social Sciences. It brings together colleagues from the Open University, Lancaster University and the University of Central Lancashire to critically address controversial sites of mobilization and contestation for contemporary British Muslims around questions of citizenship and identity.
