The Consortium of Humanities and Arts South East (CHASE) brings together The Open University, The Courtauld Institute of Arts, Goldsmiths (University of London), and Universities of East Anglia, Sussex, Kent, and Essex, to deliver outstanding postgraduate training. Going Digital is a unique opportunity for doctoral students to become ‘digital scholars’ in humanities research – a training programme aimed at doctoral students who are new to digital research and who want to learn more, with practical workshops and conferences delivered in iconic spaces – archives, galleries, heritage sites, media labs and universities – by experts who have hands-on experience in setting up digital humanities projects Continue reading

CALL FOR PAPERS: Creative/Critical Writing Postgraduate Conference
The UEA invite participants to consider issues of scholarship, methodology and craft in creative and critical writing and research. We welcome proposals for 15-20 minute presentations on any one of three broad strands – creative, critical, and methodologies. First-time presenters are welcome and encouraged. Hybrid projects or projects which do not neatly fit within a single category are also welcome. Continue reading
