Hi Mahesh Thanks very much for your kind words. Good point about the C. It should be Cosmochemistry. Thanks for spotting that. Best wishes Richard

Hi Richard - Another great blog entry! Keep it up! By the way does "C" in CRG stands for Cosmochemical or Cosmochemistry?! Also, the background looks quite neat and fresh :-)

Hi Graham. Many thanks for your comment and also for the photo. It was a very enjoyable afternoon and a pleasure to discuss meteorites with such an enthusiastic group of people. Good luck with all your other star gazing activities.

I think I speak for all of the Derby and District Astronomy group when I say that it was a very enjoyable afternoon. Thanks for giving up your Saturday to talk meteorites. Getting a hand's on experience with meteorites if definitely one of the best ways of spreading the word about the new exciting developments in meteoritics. Here's hoping someone spots that elusive meteorite from Earth in a Lunar sample very soon.

Hi Mahesh

Thanks for your comment and yes, it's a great idea. Bill Bottke is coming to the OU quite soon so I will see if he is willing to record a few words for the blog.

Cheers
