How does a potato feature in music research?

This video, from the Arts Hub Live webcast event in June, features Robert Samuels (Music Department) and Jessica Hughes (Classics Department) taking part in the “Luck Dip” feature hosted by Karen Foley. This was a game in which the academics were confronted with random objects, which they then link to research in their area. It turns out that potatoes have more to do with music than with classics.

  1. Thanks Robert Samuels for this unique post and research. I appreciate with you. Thanks again for your video. I like this so much and it’t really useful topic.
