2gether08 – “a festival of ideas, popular technolgies and progress” is streaming live today using Mogulus which allows you to set up your own online tv channel, with real-time video mixing and access to a graphics library to help make your channel look professional. There are over 4000 videos in the education category although I’m too busy watching 2gether08 to check out what’s hot and what’s not.

If you want to use Mogulus you can launch a free channel by visiting their site: https://secure.mogulus.com/accounts/producewizard
There are lots of other solutions. World TV is another one I’ve heard of: http://worldtv.com/
