My main research interest is the history of automation and control technology and I am currently just over half-way through a part-time PhD researching the “History and Development of the Programmable Logic Controller”. My supervisory team are Prof. Chris Bissell and Prof. John Monk. I am also employed as an engineering project manager for a manufacturing company, primarily working on automation and control system related projects.
