Welcome to the STELLAR project blog. STELLAR is a JISC-funded project at the Open University Library. The project will be investigating the value of legacy learning materials, transforming a selection of material into linked data and evaluating the impact on the value of those materials. The project runs from February 2012 until July 2013.-
