Janice is a passionate business leader with an MBA from The Open University Business School. An expert in business management and transformational change, she has strong links with a variety of major UK and international organisations.

Janice is Owner / Director of Janice Bell Consulting Limited, working with large corporate organisations to improve the performance of Outsourcing and Professional Services Contracts. Prior to forming her own business, she had a lengthy career in IBM, reaching Vice President level. In her most recent role at IBM, Janice was the responsible Executive for IBM’s Strategic Outsourcing Delivery business. As Executive Leader, Janice drove a major transformation programme focused on quality, productivity and cost effectiveness. Janice worked at main Board level with many corporate clients, achieving improved client satisfaction together with improved business performance.

Janice is an expert in governance, business controls and risk management. She has worked in an international environment, routinely working with clients’ global operations and with offshore service providers in India, South Africa, and Europe. She has hands on experience of culture change in extremely large organisations and is well-equipped to understand the pressures today's environment makes on an organisation, its leadership, and its employees.

She is Chair of the Victory Consortium and Vice Chair of Relate Portsmouth and District.
