Neil is the CEO and an owner of Strand Partners Ltd - a boutique corporate finance adviser focused on emerging markets, natural resources and real estate. Strand is active in M&A advisory, capital raising and restructuring.

Neil previously spent 9 years at J.P. Morgan Cazenove where he was a Director in the UK investment bank.

Prior to his current career in corporate finance, Neil was an Army Officer serving with the Army Air Corps where he flew and commanded Lynx attack helicopters. Neil led his Flight to war in Iraq in 2003 where he received a Mention in Despatches.

Neil has an MBA from The Open University Business School and an MA (Honours) from the University of Oxford.
