Business Perspectives is the place for The Open University Business School community of practising global managers, whether student, alumnus, corporate connection, or new to the School, to share their perspectives on current business matters with each other and with our academic and research staff.
This quarter we are tackling the topic of Change Management, and our masterclass was held on Thursday 11 July at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Tower of London. The event was sold out and a diverse and energised crowd debated together the art of ‘Putting it into practice: the acid test of strategic change’.
Building on the success of our former quarterly topics on Strategy, Innovation and Leadership, we look forward to exploring this theme via our blog, live event and webinar – bringing you the latest thoughts and sharing with you relevant experiences to show the best and worst implementation of change management.
