Benefits management: Realising benefits from your projects

Many organisations fail to achieve the benefits from their projects or programmes. In these video highlights from the 29th November 2012 breakfast briefing, Professor Elizabeth Daniel presented tools and frameworks that can be used to identify, manage and measure benefits arising from projects to ensure the expected benefits are realised. She illustrated the talk with examples of use of the tools in a range of organisations.
