The OU Business School was a Gold Sponsor of this event run by The Economist, which explored new ways to develop people, ensuring organisations have the right executive talent in place, unlocking skills and improving organisational capability and performance.
The event topic was Talent Management, with conference content and discussion focusing on how senior HR professionals of national and global brands are developing their practices and approach for the next generation of leadership.
