The Open University Law School is pleased to offer Law students, alumni and guests an opportunity to hear from leading barrister, human rights activist and Visiting Professor, Cherie Blair CBE QC.

Cherie Blair specialises in public law, human rights, employment and European Community law, arbitration and mediation. She has appeared in a number of leading cases both at home and abroad. She is also a noted speaker on human rights and a staunch supporter of women's rights.

Join us on Wednesday 11 June where Cherie Blair will be speaking to the Head of the Open University Law School, Geoff Peters about her life and career, followed by an opportunity for questions from the audience.

During this event, we will also be presenting our Law Student of the Year 2013 with their prize.

Drinks and canapés will be available from 17:30 giving you the opportunity to network with like-minded students and alumni.
