I initially qualified as a chartered accountant and became a partner in a local firm of chartered accountants.

As my management skills developed I moved on to a broader management role in a larger organisation and along the way obtained my MBA from the OU Business School. I have always been keen to help people develop so it is no surprise to me that in a role reversal I now find myself a tutor with the OU Business School on MBA and Certificate in Accounting programmes.

My own knowledge and experience provide a range of contexts which help students develop their learning.
