News: FutureLearn launches its first full postgraduate degree MOOCs

FutureLearn is set to become the first massive open online course provider to offer six postgraduate degrees. The six new postgraduate degrees, of which four are master’s level, are in subjects from Cyber Security and IT, to Financial Planning and Property. The new initiative opens up another route for workplace L&D, especially as it is expected that most students will be “mature, self-directed learners” looking to advance or switch their careers.

Peter Horrocks CBE, Vice Chancellor at the OU, is opening the event and David Willett, Head of Propositions, is on the business panel.
