The OU in the West Midlands serves students within the West Midlands conurbation and the counties of Herefordshire, Shropshire, most of Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire. We are also responsible for administering the BFPO scheme, for all UK military and associated personnel across the world, excluding Cyprus. Our headquarters are in Harborne, Birmingham.

60 staff and 600 tutors support 12,000 students by phone, email and through tutorials at 16 study centres across the region.
