From Monday 16th April to Friday 11th May 2012 the OU Careers Advisory Service is running an online forum on “Science and Environmental Careers” for students wanting to plan their next career steps.  The forum will be moderated by two careers advisers, and we will post some information from a number of Science and Environmental related organisations.  You can post a question, provide help to other students, or just come in and browse.

Questions asked on previous forums included:

* What career options are available with a Science or Environmental qualification?
* How can I get work experience?
* What are the benefits and financial implications of further study?
* Is age a problem for career changers?
* Where can I find job vacancies?

To access the forum go to the Careers Workspace using your OU computer username and password.

The forum will be open for 4 weeks and will then become read-only for a further 12 months.

This is a great opportunity to get your questions answered by a qualified careers adviser.  We hope to see you on the forum.
