Open 2012 Law Careers Event for Disabled Students

Open 2012 is designed to provide undergraduates with disabilities and long-term health conditions an insight into the opportunities available to graduates interested in pursuing a career in commercial law.
Leading global law firms participating are Allen and Overy, Ashurst, Clifford Chance, Freshfields, Linklaters and Hogan Lovells. (OU students can view a profile of Hogan Lovells on our Employer Showcase using their OU username and password.)
The event is intended for disabled students who will be graduating in 2014 and 2015 and will cover:
- An introduction to the legal sector
- How to approach the recruitment process
- When and how to talk about your disability/health condition and the support you may require
