Children's Understanding of their Sibling Relationships
Children's relationships with their brothers and sisters are an important part of their everyday lives. Most research on siblings examines predetermined topics, rather than starting from children's own perspectives.
Young People, Loss and Bereavement
Bereavement is a common - and sometimes life-defining - experience for young people. One study has found that as many as 92 per cent of young people in the UK will experience what they see as a 'significant' bereavement before the age of 16. Between 4 and 7 per cent will lose a parent.
