Maxine Reed

Maxine is the Manager of the VQ Assessment Centre. She is also an assessor who specialises in Administration and Customer Service VQs. Maxine is responsible for day to day operations in the VQ Centre, including overseeing all candidate and assessor support, quality control and co-ordinating all VQ awards. Maxine joined the OU in 1997 as a Reservations Adviser in Student Services Registry, joined the NVQ team in 2002 and became manager in 2007


Lynn Wiggs

Lynn joined VQAC in 2006 as a VQ Assistant and is now VQ Co-ordinator. Lynn's role involves processing all registrations and certifications, co-ordinating all of the centre's financial transactions as well as delivering help, advice and support to our learners, sponsors and consultant assessors. Lynn is also a qualified assessor and IQA, supporting learners working towards qualifications in Customer Service and Business Administration.
