
Law is ever-present in our daily lives. In W200 you will learn in depth about how laws are made and interpreted, focusing on the so-called "English Legal System" and on the law-making institutions of the European Union. You will also be introduced to criminal law and the law of contract.
topIt is if you have a general interest in law-related matters. Law is the stuff of current affairs. If you follow the news, you follow the law. You may find that studying this course enables you to make more sense of the legal issues in your daily life and at your workplace. The course can also be studied as part of a Law degree.
