define your website with Joomla

The best content management system that I have come across is Joomla.
Joomla has a excellent infrastructure that you can build a full fledge portal.
I use the Joomla 1.5 version and there are some really eye candy joomla 1.5 templates that can bring some colour to your site, which CMS do you use and why?
