Alex: If you just stand up and be counted and say, Look I've got dyslexia and don't be ashamed of it, be confident about it.

It’s not something to be ashamed of or embarrassed about. Find a way of laughing about some of the mistakes you’ve made in your life with it and really grow in confidence because then you can access the support you need for it and get to the best of your ability.
