The DSA Office will order the equipment and software training that has been approved for you from one of the DSA Quality Assured Suppliers.
Once the approved supplier receives our purchase order they will contact you to arrange delivery and, if necessary, arrange to set up and install your equipment.
If you wish to upgrade any item that you have been awarded you may discuss your requirements with the supplier and pay any additional cost direct to them prior to delivery.
If you have been awarded software training and you are unable to keep any appointment, you will need to give the supplier as much notice as possible. If insufficient notice is given they may still make a charge for training and this will be deducted from your DSA allowance.
In the first instance, any problems that arise after delivery of your equipment should be addressed to the supplier and not the DSA Office.
Take part in the Disabled Students' Allowance (DSA) eligibility quiz to find out if you are eligible for funding. It should take you less than three minutes to complete.
