When you reserve or register for another module of study for the next academic year (of at least 30 credits you should automatically receive a ‘Continued funding’ DSA application form. This form will be used to check your eligibility for continued DSA support and enable us to make your next DSA award for the forthcoming academic year.
This form is shorter than the main application form and has information pages which give you advice on completing the form – please read these carefully.
All OU students must complete their qualification within specific DSA funding timescales. When you apply for continued funding the DSA Office will check you are still able to complete your qualification within the appropriate time scales. These are:

Please read through the checklist near the end of the form. It is very helpful to you in ensuring that you have completed the form correctly and are going to send us any documentary evidence we will need. If you do not complete the form correctly, your application for continuing DSA support will be delayed.

You must sign and date the declaration. If you do not, your application will be returned to you.
