Skills Framework for the Information Age
A significant number of employers have created their IT organisation job profiles using the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA).
SFIA provides a standardised view of the wide range of professional skills needed by people working in Information Technology. By combining the SFIA skills required for professional profiles and/or job descriptions a skills development path can be identified.
