The Equality and Diversity Team work with colleagues at all levels across the University to develop, implement and review equality and diversity strategy, to prevent unlawful discrimination and to ensure the University is promoting equality of opportunity for all staff and students.
The team also manage strategic relationships with external equality networks and organisations and support national initiatives advancing equality in higher education and employment.
