Declaring sensitive personal information

Nigel Holt

A message from the Director of Human Resources

"Some of the information that the Open University asks job applicants and employees to disclose can be considered sensitive and private. The University will protect the privacy of individuals by ensuring information is only used to monitor equality of opportunity. While disclosure is always a matter of personal choice, providing information about your individual characteristics, such as disability, religion and sexual orientation is important so that the University can understand and respond to the needs and circumstances of its diverse workforce."

Nigel Holt, Director of Human Resources
