Who we are and what we do

The Open University Student Budget Accounts Ltd (OUSBA) is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Open University and has been giving OU students financial access to OU modules and qualifications since 1998. OUSBA offers credit agreements to Open University students for the payment of their OU tuition fees.
