ideal for introducing you to a subject and to studying with the
OU, as well as teaching invaluable study skills.

How to register for your course
Register online
Visit the ‘Study
at the OU’ site
Use the “click to register” button to register online.
You will be asked to input your voucher number* and pay the balance
of your course fee by credit/debit card.
*You will be asked to reveal the hidden authentication code on your voucher
at the point of registration. Please do not reveal this code until instructed
to do so or it will invalidate your voucher.
Please note that overpayment with vouchers cannot be refunded.
Reserve online/register by post
Visit the ‘Study
at the OU’ site
Use the “click to register” button to register online.
Reserve a place on the course of your choice.
We’ll send you a completed registration form for you to sign
and return with your voucher and the balance of payment. You may pay
the balance by credit/debit card or cheque, or you may choose to apply
for an Open University Student
Budget Account (OUSBA) to spread payments
of the balance or telephone +44 (0)1908 655777.
If you’re redeeming your voucher by post,
please detach and keep the receipt slip so that you have a copy of
the voucher number for reference. Do not remove the scratch panel on
your voucher if you are redeeming it by post
Please note that overpayment with vouchers cannot be refunded.

you have outstanding fees on your OUSBA account, you can use your vouchers
to offset the balance. Send your voucher(s) with your name and P.I.

UK. For questions regarding redemption against an OUSBA account, please
telephone 01908 655777 from within the UK or +44 1908 655777 from elsewhere.

OU Gift Vouchers - terms and conditions
- You can redeem your OU Gift Voucher against any OU course. Vouchers are not redeemable against any other OU product or service.
- Please note that overpayment of course fees with OU Gift Voucher(s) cannot be refunded
- If you would like to redeem your voucher against your current Open University Student Budget Account (OUSBA), please send your name and P.I. number together with your voucher(s) to:- OUSBA, PO Box
508, Walton Hall, Milton Keynes, MK7 6HX, UK. If you have any questions
about redeeming your voucher against your OUSBA account, please call
us on 01908 655777 (+44 1908 655777 from outside the UK).
- Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
- The OU cannot refund you, the recipient of the voucher. However, the person who purchased the voucher is eligible for a full refund within 21 days of purchase. They should send the voucher and written request to: OUGV Coordinator, LMS/OUW, PO Box 188, Milton Keynes, MK7 6DH, UK. The money will be refunded in the same way in which it was paid.
- You must be aged 18 or over before the course start date.
- Please note that course prices differ in the UK and overseas. Some
of our courses can be studied worldwide but please check on our website
to find out which courses
and locations are available. Fee converters for prices in the Republic of Ireland and Continental Europe are available with each course description in our online
prospectus
