We have a long track record of working in partnership with employers to deliver learning programmes that directly address your needs – from simple sponsorship agreements (with employers supporting staff on OU courses) to working with you to address knowledge and skill needs in-house.
We also work closely with trade unions, membership organisations and professional bodies such as UNISON, the Fostering Network and The Royal College of Nursing, informing the development of a relevant, accessible and professionally focused curriculum.
For an informal chat about how we can work together to develop your organisation, contact your local OU Regional Centre.

Award winning partnership
The OU/UNISON partnership was named Widening Participation Initiative of the Year 2010 at the Times Higher Education Awards for the unique way it has harnessed the strengths of both organisations to deliver professional development opportunities directly to the workplace.
