Members of IET work within a programme structure which is divided into two main themes, Learning & Teaching and Research & Scholarship. IET’s programme structure is flexible to be responsive to changing priorities. Staff work collaboratively with each other on a variety of projects and activities simultaneously across multiple programmes.
