What we do

Members of IET work within a programme structure which is divided into two main themes, Learning & Teaching and Research & Scholarship.  IET’s programme structure is flexible to be responsive to changing priorities.  Staff work collaboratively with each other on a variety of projects and activities simultaneously across multiple programmes.

Research & Scholarship

IET conducts high quality research into teaching, learning and the use of technology in education.  In addition IET aims to enhance scholarship of technology-enabled teaching and learning across the OU.  For more details of the extent of this work, please visit the Research & Scholarship section
